“Even in darkness light dawns for the upright, for the gracious and compassionate and righteous man.” – Psalm 112:4
Every believer must accept that there will be times when dark clouds of affliction will cover your path. At first God is such a glorious reality to you and joy floods your life, but the clouds of despondency will soon appear.
When that happens, it is essential to re-establish the truth that God is unchanging; His love for you is exactly what it has always been. You may find the darkness hard to accept and God may seem far off, but hold on steadfastly to the assurance that God loves you and that He cares for you.
Fortunately the dark times do end and you will step out of the shadows with new strength and walk in God’s sunshine again.
I will trust in the darkness, because I know that You are good. Amen.
STAY BLESSED
