“Peace I leave with you; My peace I give you.” – John 14:27
Message:
The peace that Jesus offers His followers differs from human peace and allows us to look at life through God’s eyes. When we do this, the worldly things do not seem to be that important. What God thinks of you, and how you relate to God, forms the foundation for your peace.
We need His peace in our everyday lives as well as in our inner beings. The Lord does not want us to stress about what is happening around us. So in all the confusion and chaos of daily life, look away from the world and look up to God. He is waiting to grant us His peace and love.
Prayer:
Prince of Peace, thank You that I know for certain that You have not only redeemed me, but that You also grant me Your heavenly peace. Amen. |
