To really appreciate life, you need to keep your enthusiasm constantly alive. The gift of life must never be taken for granted or it becomes common and boring and you loose your sense of anticipation and vision for the future. Take time to enjoy and appreciate the beauty of life.
What are you taking for granted? Your daily existence can so easily degenerate into mindless drudgery. If you practice the art of appreciation, however, you can change your life into a beautiful and exciting adventure.
Father, I appreciate all the beauty and wonder that fills my life day by day. Through praise, You keep my heart sensitive to the needs of others. Amen.
